About

Chaosium’s “Call of Cthulhu” roleplaying game has been around for a long time … it celebrated its 34th birthday this year in fact.

Over the past 30+ years, many MANY excellent scenarios have been published. A lot of these have graced the pages of publications released by Chaosium, Pagan Publishing, Theater of the Mind Inc, Trident Entertainment, and a host of other companies. But equally, a lot of really good scenarios have been published for free online. Many of these freebies were written by the same authors who produced some of the best published adventures.

Unfortunately most of the freebie scenarios out there are just flat text files (or the equivalent) and have little in the way of authentic-looking handouts to give to players. Sure, anybody motivated enough could probably create these for him- or her-self, but in this era of glossy online publications many of these excellent adventures get overlooked in favour of (sometimes poorer quality) professional scenarios just because these are “easier” to run.

That’s where this site comes in … providing a home for professional-looking typeset renditions of old, classic, and best of all free “Call of Cthulhu” scenarios.

You can even make “derivative works” using these materials, just as long as those words are also released under the same license.
